We conduct auctions through the HiBid online platform, a national auction marketplace that allows bidders from across the United States to view and participate in our auctions. This expanded reach gives your items maximum exposure and helps drive competitive bidding. We also offer shipping on most items, making it easy for non-local buyers to participate in our auctions in Great Falls, MT.

Most estate auctions are completed within 3 to 6 weeks from the initial consultation to final sale. This timeline includes: Item sorting and cataloging Listing items on the HiBid platform Marketing and promotion Active bidding period

We offer a free initial consultation. In some cases, additional costs may include: Clean-out or moving labor Disposal or dump fees All fees are clearly communicated and are typically deducted from the final auction proceeds - so there are no large upfront costs in most cases.

We maintain a high sell-through rate, but if any items remain unsold, you have options: Returned to you Donated Disposed of We’ll work with you to determine the best solution.

If the auction is conducted at the estate location, the property will be cleared out once the auction is complete. After the sale: Final accounting is completed Commission and any additional fees are deducted Your payment is issued promptly, typically within 10 business days
